4Rooms is a Perth interior design studio based at Design Home on Churchill in Subiaco, led by Jane Fyfe alongside Charlotte, Lyn and Bella.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across residential interiors, renovations and new builds, we bring together creativity, practical knowledge and a highly personal approach to design. We believe the most successful homes are not only beautiful, but deeply connected to the people who live in them.
From the first conversation through to the final details, our approach is warm, collaborative and thoughtful. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to you and create interiors that feel personal, welcoming and beautifully considered.
Jane brings more than 20 years of interior design experience to 4Rooms, with a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a home together from concept through to completion.
Her approach balances creativity with practicality, bringing together materials, proportion, function and detail in a way that feels calm, cohesive and deeply personal. Whether she’s working on a renovation, new build or complete interior transformation, Jane takes the time to understand how her clients want to live and what they want their home to feel like.
Known for her considered eye and attention to detail, Jane works closely with clients, builders, trades and suppliers throughout the design journey, helping to resolve the many decisions that shape a successful project.
For Jane, great interior design is never simply about how a space looks. It is about creating a home that feels right for the people who live there.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and brings a thoughtful, calm and detail-conscious approach to the 4Rooms team.
She has a particular interest in sustainability, liveability and spatial planning, with a natural eye for creating layouts that feel intuitive, comfortable and easy to live in.
While she has a soft spot for mid-century modern design, Charlotte’s approach is always guided by the architecture of the home and the people who will live there. She enjoys working through ideas carefully, refining the details and finding practical solutions that help a space feel balanced and beautifully considered.
Outside the studio, you’ll often find Charlotte exploring an op shop, trying a new café or restaurant, or spending time with her cat.
Lyn is an invaluable part of the 4Rooms team, bringing calm, warmth and quiet organisation to the studio.
She has a lovely way of making everyone who walks through the door feel welcome, while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From making a great coffee to pouring the champagne, Lyn is an important part of what makes Design Home on Churchill feel like home.
Bella is the much-loved brown kelpie of 4Rooms and a very important part of life at Design Home on Churchill.
At seven years old, she is a firm favourite with visitors and is always happy to say hello, find the warmest spot in the studio or settle in nearby while the team works.
She has a particular appreciation for attention, fluffy milk and the occasional snack, and brings a little extra warmth and personality to the studio every day.
